What's a condominium ?In my case, this is a double-tower of several hundred flats that are either owned or rented by the residents. We got a car park, tennis court, pool, gym and restaurant. Laundry and maid services are offered by women of the nearby village.
The management makes sure that the building an its surroundings stay in shape. Regular meetings of the tenants with the management discuss actions that affect shared facilities / areas.
A security company prevents the pizza service from carrying off my TV.
It's a pretty much OK place to stay, though I regularly complain about the maintenance technicians.
